Ingredients
  • 1 lb. turkey sausage
  • 1 T. worestshire sause
  • 1T. fennel seed, toasted
  • 1/2 t. thyme
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 1/2 t. tarrogon
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. garlic powder

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and let set for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  2. heat pan on medium heat.
  3. Add 1 or 2 T vegtable or olive oil
  4. make patties and fry for about 6 or 7 minutes on each side.
