Another recipe on a sheet of paper written out by hand - the note "good!" is on top in another colour ink to remind me to make this more often.

Ingredients
  • 5 cups black beans, cooked
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbps raw garlic (I often use much more)
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup tomato paste
  • chili powder to taste
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven or pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding water if necessary.
