Black Bean Chili

Another recipe on a sheet of paper written out by hand - the note "good!" is on top in another colour ink to remind me to make this more often.
Ingredients
- 5 cups black beans, cooked shopping list
- 2 cups frozen corn shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbps raw garlic (I often use much more) shopping list
- 2 cups celery, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup tomato paste shopping list
- chili powder to taste shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven or pot.
- Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding water if necessary.
