Ambrosia Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of miniature marshmallows

1 cup of sour cream or lemon yogurt

1 (16oz.) can of mandarin oranges (drained)

1 (16oz.) can of pineapple tidbits or crushed (drained)

1 small can of peaches (drained and cut into chunks)

1cup of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of maraschino cherries (drained)

Note: Some people would love to add some sort of nuts like chopped pecans or walnuts for texture, even pistachios- Just go for it, you won't go wrong !!!

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Mix together well and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
