Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz. ea.) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped red pepper
  • 2 tspn Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • Dash Cayenne pepper
  • Dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese and pepper jack in bowl on med speed until well blended
  2. Mix remaining ingredients except pecans.
  3. Shape into ball & roll in pecans*
  4. Serve with Onion Flavored Crackers
  5. *May want to refrigerate for several hrs prior to shaping into ball and rolling in nuts.
