Fish Rice Tai-meshi

- 1 Black Bream or any other white fish shopping list
- 3 cups of rice shopping list
- 3 cups of water shopping list
- some salt for taste shopping list
- finely chopped ginger and spring onion for the toppings shopping list
How to make it
- Put some salt on fish (whole or slice)
- grill it
- put rice and water into rice cooker or deep pan
- and put fish on top, them rid on
- take 15min to steam fish and rice
- after steamed, get fish borne and mix fish meat and rice well
