How to make it

  • Combine mincemeat, crasins and juice in a small sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil and then simmer on very low for about 20 min until all the mincemeat is reconstituted.
  • Pour fruit into a prepared pie crust and cover with top crust.
  • cut sun burst slits in the top crust and sprinkle with the sugar
  • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream
