How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 270 degrees and preheat grill.
  • Season Chicken well.
  • Spread BBQ sauce liberally on the outer of the chicken fillets, leaving a good dollop on the top.
  • Wrap the fillets in the bacon.
  • Put on a baking tray, cover with silver foil and cook in the top of the oven for about 30 minutes, until chicken cooked through.
  • Return to the oven without the silver foil for 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.
  • Top with cheese and pop under the grill until cheese melted to your liking.
  • Best served with potato wedges or fries and a corn on the cob.
  • Enjoy!

Is that the right temperature? 200 degrees will take a lot longer than 30 mins to cook chicken. It sounds like a great recipe though....
