Cheesy Bbq Chicken In Blankets Recipe

Ingredients

2 Large chicken fillets

2 slices Bacon

Cheddar cheese

BBQ sauce

Salt and Pepper to season.

Directions

Preheat Oven to 270 degrees and preheat grill.

Season Chicken well.

Spread BBQ sauce liberally on the outer of the chicken fillets, leaving a good dollop on the top.

Wrap the fillets in the bacon.

Put on a baking tray, cover with silver foil and cook in the top of the oven for about 30 minutes, until chicken cooked through.

Return to the oven without the silver foil for 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.

Top with cheese and pop under the grill until cheese melted to your liking.

Best served with potato wedges or fries and a corn on the cob.

Is that the right temperature? 200 degrees will take a lot longer than 30 mins to cook chicken. It sounds like a great recipe though....
