How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan.
  • Sautee garlic, shallot, onion, and fennel all together until they start to just get translucent.
  • Add paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add white wine and cook on medium uncovered for 10 minutes.
  • Add seafood to pan and cook until seafood is done.
  • Add butter and cornstarch, cook until fully incorporated and you have a nice sauce.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
