this is a recipe that I got from the Snack Food Association... it is a nice basic recipe...that can be spiced up as your tastes dictated... I would need more chili powder and maybe some hot pepper...

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Melt margarine and add seasonings. Pour over popcorn, then sprinkle with cheese and mix thoroughly.
