Refreshing fruit salad that is best when made the night before.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup ornage juice
  • 2 cups any type seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks,drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, cook eggs and orange juice over very low heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly: set aside to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Fold in the egg mixture until evenly combined and refrigerate overnight to "marry" the flavors
