Chicken And Shrimp Over Spinach Fettuccine

- 4 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 8 ounces of sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of half and half (can use milk) shopping list
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened shopping list
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken shopping list
- 8 ounces shrimp, uncooked (peeled and deveined) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons sherry shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of snipped fresh parsley shopping list
- 12 ounces of spinach fettuccine, cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large saucepan; add mushrooms and scallions and saute five minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in soup and half and half until well combined.
- Add the cream cheese and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in the chicken, shrimp and sherry. Simmer 12 minutes, but do not allow mixture to come to a boil.
- Just before serving, stir in parsley.
- Mound spinach fettuccine in large pasta bowl and spoon chicken mixture over fettuccine.
