Barbeque Beef Tenderloin Recipe Pamela / All my dishes

An extremely easy and delicious steak meal. No detailed instructions, just add some garlic, grill and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 2 inch thick
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  1. Rub the meat garlic and olive oil, then sprinkle with tenderizer. Now place the steaks, covered, in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill at a medium-high heat.
  3. Brush grate with oil, then put the steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, (or until done).
