Barbeque Beef Tenderloin

- 2 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 2 inch thick shopping list
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Rub the meat garlic and olive oil, then sprinkle with tenderizer. Now place the steaks, covered, in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill at a medium-high heat.
- Brush grate with oil, then put the steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, (or until done).
