How to make it

  • Cook macaroni in boiling water as directed on package.
  • Drain and rinse with water.
  • Set aside.
  • In sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and cook until hot and bubbly.
  • Add milk and mix until creamy.
  • Stir in cheese and Green tea.
  • Cook until cheese is melted.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add macaroni and toss to coat.
  • Top with Kizami nori. (or cut a full sheet nori into small pieces)
