Teriyaki Beef Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  • Flank steak or London Broil
  • Bottled teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Wooden skewers

Directions
  1. Prepare the steak by slicing with a sharp serrated knife on a bias into thin strips.
  2. Combine with teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Add a handful of sesame seeds. I've found Soy Vay to be a great brand of teriyaki that already has the sesame in it.
  3. Marinate the beef overnight or at least for a few hours.
  4. Thread onto small wooden skewers.
  5. Grill on a hot grill for 2 or 3 minutes until slightly charred on the outside but still pink inside.
  6. If you can't grill: place a cooling rack on a sheet pan and bake the skewers on that in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
