How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl blend the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Add the onion, chilies and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir chili cheese mixture gently.
  • Cover chili cheese and place into the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator and divide in half.
  • Shape each half into a chili cheese ball.
  • Roll each ball into the chopped nuts.
  • For best results, wrap chili cheese balls in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve cheese balls along with your favorite crackers and have a ball.
