Chili Cheese Ball

- 1 – 8 ounce cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 cups (8 Ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 small can diced green chilies, drained shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl blend the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add the onion, chilies and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir chili cheese mixture gently.
- Cover chili cheese and place into the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and divide in half.
- Shape each half into a chili cheese ball.
- Roll each ball into the chopped nuts.
- For best results, wrap chili cheese balls in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve cheese balls along with your favorite crackers and have a ball.
