How to make it

  • BREAK THE CHOCOLATE INTO SMALL PIECES AND PLACE IN A SMALL PAN WITH HEAVY CREAM
  • HEAT THE MIXTURE GENTLY,STIRRING CONSTANTLY,UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE HAS MELTED AND BLENDED WITH THE CREAM
  • REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT AND STIR IN BRANDY
  • POUR ONTO A FONDUE POT TO KEEP WARM,OVER A SMALL BURNER
  • SERVE WITH A SELECTION OF FRUITS,MARSHMALLOWS,OR POUND CAKES,OR CHEESECAKE,JUST CUT EVERYTHING SMALL AND ENJOY
