Zesty Salad Dressing

Tart and flavorful salad dressing for even the most finnicky of salad eaters. It is simultaneously salty and tangy with crunch and delicious bursts of chewy sweetness. Bleu cheese adds deeper notes and creaminess.
Ingredients
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 100 ml olive oil shopping list
- 3-6 strips cooked bacon (or to taste), chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- handful sunflower seeds, roasted and shelled shopping list
- handful sweetened dried cranberries shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or brown spicy) shopping list
- 2 slices of Roquefort or other bleu cheese shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix well with whisk or spoon, breaking up the cheese well
- Bottle in a wide-mouthed vessel
