I learned this one in home economics. Like the name says, it's pretty easy and tastes good. Try it!

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 yogurt (keep cup)
  • 2 yogurt cups granulated sugar
  • 1 yogurt cup vegetable oil
  • 1 yogurt cup shredded hazelnuts
  • 1 yogurt cup poppy seeds
  • 2 yogurt cups flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread mix on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 355°.
  3. Leave cake to cool.
  4. Serve or spread on chocolate glaze (1/2 bar semisweet baking chocolate and 1 cup butter).
