Easy, light fluffy pancakes. Love them with honey butter and a side of crisp bacon.

Ingredients
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of dairy sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions
  1. Beat egg yolks until thick.
  2. Add flour sugar sour cream and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Fold in egg whites.
  5. Cook on a well-buttered griddle.
  6. Serves 4 if you are lucky.
