Sour Cream Pancakes

Easy, light fluffy pancakes. Love them with honey butter and a side of crisp bacon.
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 8 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of dairy sour cream shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks until thick.
- Add flour sugar sour cream and salt.
- Mix well.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Cook on a well-buttered griddle.
- Serves 4 if you are lucky.
