Parsley Potatoes

From Taste of Home Magazine. Yield: 6-8 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender; drain.
- Combine butter and parsley; pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Yield: 6-8 servings.
