I love the simplicity of Parsley Potatoes. So easy to make yet so delicious!

They look really nice when you use those little tiny round potatoes. You don't even have to cut them. Or the bigger round red potatoes look nice too cut into 4s.

Yes, they do look lovely, Linda. I use parsley in many things. Buy some seeds Janet and it will be up in no time at all. Giving you a bounty of it all summer and Fall. Sometimes it comes back the next year and it is the first to peak through the snow. I buy curly parsley b/c it is really hardy and has a nice palette cleansing taste.

Yes, it grows back after you cut it and it also goes to seed. I sometimes save the seeds but the seeds are so cheap I normally don't bother. I bet Bella would love some.

Very nice photo, LindaLMT! I like parsley on potatoes because of the pretty color it adds to the potatoes. I've tried to grow parsley, but I don't have the magic touch when it comes to growing herbs.
