How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup ketchup and bacon.
  • Grease a large loaf pan then gently shape meat mixture into pan.
  • Cover with slices of bacon and brush with remaining ketchup then bake 50 minutes.
  • Cool 15 minutes then remove from pan and slice.
