How to make it

  • Dice garlic and mix in a bowl with a bit of tarragon, the dijon, a good glug of olive oil and the lemon juice.
  • Pat dry the chicken breasts and salt and pepper both sides.
  • Score the chicken and rub in the mixture.
  • Broil for ten minutes and serve.
