Maryland Blue Crab Cakes

- 1 pound lump Maryland Blue crabmeat shopping list
- 1 teaspoon bay spice (Old Bay Seasoning is my favorite!) shopping list
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 teaspoons worcesteshire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon melted butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a medium sized bowl.
- 2. Stir in crabmeat.
- 3. Shape into cakes
- 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until cakes are golden brown.
