These are so good. Love these and make them often to go alongside hubby's Fajitas and my Spanish Rice. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pinto beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped salt pork
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped

Directions
  1. Put beans in large pot then cover with water plus 2”.
  2. Add salt pork and onion then cook for 1-1/2 hours.
  3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cilantro then 30 minutes longer.
