How to make it

  • Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 450.
  • In a large shallow baking pan toss asparagus, wine, salt, pepper and olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Roast asparagus for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer asparagus to a platter and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top and serve immediately.

    Thanks very much for this recipe. My hubby and my girls really enjoyed it. My son didn't at all but he's very very picky. I liked it, I would have done with out the lemon myself, I loved the white wine, oil and seasonings very much. But hubby said he felt with the complete meal plus dessert, he was served a meal at a 5 star restuarant. So that's what's really important, is they would like this again. Thanks. They will eat this again.
