Ingredients
  • 1 pound spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 (8 ounce) pkgs sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions
  1. 1....Preheat oven to 350*. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2...In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat. Add soup an dheat over low heat. Add 3 cups shredded cheese and stir togehter. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup mixture, and chicken, and the cooked spaghetti; stir together. Add broth and mix together.
  3. 3....Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top of the dish an dbake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly
