Chicken Tetrazzini for a crowd

- 1 pound spaghetti, broken in half shopping list
- 2 (8 ounce) pkgs sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 3 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided shopping list
- 6 cups cooked and shredded chicken shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- 1....Preheat oven to 350*. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2...In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat. Add soup an dheat over low heat. Add 3 cups shredded cheese and stir togehter. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup mixture, and chicken, and the cooked spaghetti; stir together. Add broth and mix together.
- 3....Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top of the dish an dbake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly
