Peruvian Meatballs

- 1 bag frozen meatballs, thawed shopping list
- 2 T red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 t cumin shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 T soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all and pour over meatballs, marinate 2 hours or overnight.
- Lay flat on baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve as is, or with dip/salsa. Enjoy!
