This is very easy to make and yummy

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 4 oz log goat cheese
  • 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup salsa
  • chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions
  1. Mix pine nuts and cheeses
  2. Spread mixture in a pie pan
  3. Spread salsa on top
  4. Bake until heated through, 10-15 minutes
  5. garnish with cilantro
  6. Serve with pita chips or crackers
