Shrimp and Sausage Creole

- 4 ounces sliced kielbasa sausage shopping list
- 1/2 cup bell pepper diced shopping list
- 8 ounces raw large shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1 can condensed italian tomato soup shopping list
- 1 cup frozen cut okra thawed shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- scallions shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a large nonstick skillet then add kielbasa and bell pepper and sauté 4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning then sauté 1 minute longer.
- Add soup, okra and water then bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
- Serve over rice and sprinkle with sliced scallions.
