Pasta With Pimiento Alfredo Sauce Recipe
This recipe comes from the Hancock estate that I purchased in Mesquite, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta
  • 3 cups bagged fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
  • 6-1/2 ounce jar pimientos
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil then add pasta and boil 8 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli then boil 3 minutes or until pasta and broccoli are firm tender.
  3. Pour in a colander and drain well then set aside.
  4. In a blender puree soup, pimientos and milk until smooth.
  5. Scrape into pasta pot then bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat and add pasta, broccoli and parmesan then toss well to mix.
