SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Rodgers in Longview, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce can whole kernel corn shopping list
- 16 ounce creamed corn shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine melted shopping list
- 8-1/2 ounce package corn muffin mix shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a bowl in the order given then mix together thoroughly.
- Pour into a two quart casserole dish then bake at 300 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
