Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 green bell pepper seeded and cut in rings

1 red bell pepper seeded and cut in rings

Oil

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce

Directions

Mix ground beef, onion and seasonings then shape into 4 burgers.

Brush pepper rings with oil then grill burgers and peppers over medium heat 12 minutes.

Turn once then add cheese to top of each burger for 1 minute before cooking is completed.

Place on buns and top with pepper rings and lettuce.
