How to make it

  • Lightly mix together turkey, 1/3 cup crushed pineapple and next three ingredients.
  • Shape mixture into four burgers.
  • In a small bowl mix together all salsa ingredients then set aside.
  • Grill burgers over medium heat or in nonstick skillet 5 minutes per side.
  • Place on hamburger rolls then top with salsa and lettuce.
