How to make it

  • Peel and dice a shallot (or more depending on how much dressing you are making)
  • Sautee in pan in a little olive oil
  • Once browned put in a mixing bowl
  • Toss a good tbs. of the dijon mustard in the bowl
  • Pour several drops of worcestershire in the bowl
  • Add one part sherry vinger and mix all ingredients
  • Slowly stir in three parts olive oil
  • Drizzle on to salad.

    Sauteing the shallots is a really good idea. I don't really care for raw onions. Tasty!
