BIG TACO SALAD FOR A CROWD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the O’Hare Estate in Sachse, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 3 envelopes taco seasoning shopping list
- 3 heads lettuce shredded shopping list
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups chopped red onion shopping list
- 3 cans chopped ripe olives drained shopping list
- 2 cans ranch style beans drained shopping list
- 1 large bag corn chips shopping list
- 16 ounce bottle Catalina salad dressing shopping list
- 12 ounce jar chunky salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef and drain well then add taco seasoning and prepare according to package.
- Cool completely then toss with remaining ingredients in a large container.
