Dump Fruit Salad Recipe
DUMP FRUIT SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wiggins Estate in Caddo Mills, Texas in 1983.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 6 maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions
  1. Mix all the canned fruit, sugar and coconut thoroughly in mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in sour cream and marshmallows then transfer to decorative serving bowl.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  4. Right before serving garnish with maraschino cherries placed on top of salad.
