Strawberry Jelly Drops

An easy drop cookie recipe, I used strawberry jelly/jam but you can use whatever flavor you have!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(1 stick butter) shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup jelly shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add egg and beat well
- Stir flour and baking powder into butter mixture
- Roll mixture into balls and place 2 in apart on baking sheets
- Press an indention into each ball with your thumb
- Fill the holes with a little bit of jelly
- Bake 10 minutes until golden
- If desired, add a little more jelly once cookies are removed from oven.
