This is a salsa I make all supper long when I can get the freshest ingredients. It is very good and goes well over chicken or fish. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 11 tomatillos husked and finely chopped
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 6 jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions
  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl then allow to marinade 1 hour.
  2. Serve cold or at room temperature.
