Garbanzo Bean Soup Recipe
This thick soup will quicky will your praise, just like it did mine. This is one of my favorite recipes!

Ingredients
  • 1 (14.5 oounce) can of peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans of garbanzo beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 c. acini di pepe pasta

Directions
  1. You will combine the tomatoes, olive oil and 1 1/2 cans of the beans in a large saucepan, bringing to a soft boil.
  2. Take the last 1/2 can of beans, and puree. Add to pot, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the sprigs of rosemary to pot.(don't crush the sprigs.)
  4. Stir in the acine de pepe pasta to pot and slowly simmer, allowing the pasta to get tender. You will stir the pot frequently. Just before serving, remore the rosemary sprigs. Add the salt and pepper to taste! Enjoy!
