Garbanzo Bean Soup

- 1 (14.5 oounce) can of peeled and diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 (15.5 ounce) cans of garbanzo beans shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 c. acini di pepe pasta shopping list
How to make it
- You will combine the tomatoes, olive oil and 1 1/2 cans of the beans in a large saucepan, bringing to a soft boil.
- Take the last 1/2 can of beans, and puree. Add to pot, stirring frequently.
- Add the sprigs of rosemary to pot.(don't crush the sprigs.)
- Stir in the acine de pepe pasta to pot and slowly simmer, allowing the pasta to get tender. You will stir the pot frequently. Just before serving, remore the rosemary sprigs. Add the salt and pepper to taste! Enjoy!
