Salmon And Asparagus Packets Recipe

Ingredients

4 sheets aluminum foil,12x18"

4 5oz salmon filets

1lb. fresh asparagus

1 fresh loemon,juice of

1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning(to taste)

lemon wedges (for garnish).

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Snap ends off asparagus and divide in 4 portions. Spray center of each sheet of foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place a salmon filet in center of each sheet,sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning,top with serving of asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice,sprinke with a bit more lemon pepper seasoning. Bring sides of foil up and fold top over twice.

Seal the ends,leaving room for air to circulate inside packet. Place packets on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 15-18 mins or till salmon is opaque.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Use caution when opening,steam is very hot.
