An original recipe that was in instant hit with my family. Complements ribs quite well.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb box small shell pasta
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese, fresh if possible

Directions
  1. Cook pasta to directions on box.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Return shells to pot.
  4. Coat pasta in olive oil.
  5. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley to taste. Be careful not to overdo the garlic without a ready supply of breath mints!
  6. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
