How to make it

  • Rinse lettuce then break into large pieces.
  • Peel and slice cucumber into 1/4" slices.
  • Rinse green beans then cut into 1” pieces.
  • Place lettuce, cucumber and beans in plastic bag then store in refrigerator overnight to crisp.
  • Trim mushrooms stems to 1/4" of cap then cut into thin slices.
  • Just before serving carefully pat lettuce, cucumber and beans then drain on towel.
  • Place in wooden bowl then cover with dressing.
  • Toss to lightly coat all ingredients with dressing then top with mushrooms.
