How to make it

  • Chop chicken wings into 2 pieces at the joint.
  • Cut or slit at one end and push and scrap meat to the opposite end with knife to form drum stick.
  • Season with salt, pepper, honey, sugar, spice powder and soy sauce.
  • Beat up the egg white with a fork.
  • Dip chicken wing in egg white then coat with rice flour.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
