NO BAKE COCOA BOURBON BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ritchie Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers crushed fine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • Granulated sugar

Directions
  1. Stir together crumbs, confectioners sugar, pecans and cocoa then ad corn syrup and bourbon.
  2. Mix well and with wet hands shape into 1” balls then roll in granulated sugar.
