- pork chops - BONELESS OR BONE-IN shopping list
- 1 CUP - 4 CUPS dill picklE JUICE ( STRAIGHT FROM THE JAR) ACCORDING TO HOW MANY CHOPS YOU MAKE shopping list
- 2 cloves fresh garlic - CHOPPED shopping list
- FRESH dill - TO TASTE shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- USE HOWEVER MANY PORK CHOPS YOU NEED IN A ALUMINUM TRAY.
- ADD PICKLE JUICE UNTIL YOU ALMOST COVER THE PORK CHOPS.
- ADD THE CHOPPED GARLIC AND FRESH DILL TO THE TOP. COVER WITH FOIL AND EITHER BAKE OR GRILL @ 350 DEGREES FOR 35 - 45 MINS.
- ALTERNATE METHOD: MARINATE PORK CHOPS OVERNIGHT IN PICKLE JUICE. THEN POUR EVERYTHING DIRECTLY INTO PAN.
