THESE PORK CHOPS ARE KID FREINDLY AND VERY FLAVORFUL! MY KIDS COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING I MAKE UNLESS WE ARE HAVING PORK CHOPS. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I AM ALLOWED TO MAKE THEM.

  • PORK CHOPS - BONELESS OR BONE-IN
  • 1 CUP - 4 CUPS DILL PICKLE JUICE ( STRAIGHT FROM THE JAR) ACCORDING TO HOW MANY CHOPS YOU MAKE
  • 2 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC - CHOPPED
  • FRESH DILL - TO TASTE
  • FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. USE HOWEVER MANY PORK CHOPS YOU NEED IN A ALUMINUM TRAY.
  2. ADD PICKLE JUICE UNTIL YOU ALMOST COVER THE PORK CHOPS.
  3. ADD THE CHOPPED GARLIC AND FRESH DILL TO THE TOP. COVER WITH FOIL AND EITHER BAKE OR GRILL @ 350 DEGREES FOR 35 - 45 MINS.
  4. ALTERNATE METHOD: MARINATE PORK CHOPS OVERNIGHT IN PICKLE JUICE. THEN POUR EVERYTHING DIRECTLY INTO PAN.
