  • ADD PICKLE JUICE UNTIL YOU ALMOST COVER THE PORK CHOPS.
  • ADD THE CHOPPED GARLIC AND FRESH DILL TO THE TOP. COVER WITH FOIL AND EITHER BAKE OR GRILL @ 350 DEGREES FOR 35 - 45 MINS.
  • ALTERNATE METHOD: MARINATE PORK CHOPS OVERNIGHT IN PICKLE JUICE. THEN POUR EVERYTHING DIRECTLY INTO PAN.
