CABBAGE SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Irving, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage shopping list
- 1 carrot shredded shopping list
- 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage shopping list
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery shopping list
- sunflower seeds shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons honey shopping list
How to make it
- Toss cabbage in finely sliced or shredded strips, carrot and celery.
- Combine all dressing ingredients then toss cabbage in dressing.
- Garnish with sunflower seeds.
