HAWAIIAN HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Irving, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 6 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces cooked ham thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces chunk pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425 then grease a pizza pan.
  2. Unroll dough and press in prepared pan and top with cheese.
  3. Arrange remaining ingredients over cheese then bake 30 minutes.
