Baked Tilapia And Cilantro Recipe

Ingredients

4 filets tilapia

2 lg eggs beaten

1 1/2 cup bread crumbs (Any style you like will give the flavor you want)

1 package Ranch Seasoning ( I like Hidden Valley)

2-4 LEMONS

Cilantro chopped (as much as you like)

Directions

Mix together bread crumbs & ranch seasoning mix & whatever spices you prefer. I like greek seasoning & black pepper & salt.

Beat eggs lightly,let egg mixture set while you chop cilantro.

Lightlly grease a glassware with butter.

Dip TIlapia in beaten egg, Press into breadcrumb mixture dredge top, Place in greased pan REPEAT, sprinkile with cilantro drizzle with lemon juice & put a small slice of butter on each filet

Bake for 20 min @ 350 or until flakey....Drizzle with lemon again bake 3 more mins. Serve with rice & corn OR Tater's & Broccoli
