How to make it

  • In a large skillet, cook the chicken, vegetables, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in butter over medium heat until chicken is fully cooked, stirring occasionally. Add 1-1/2 tablespoons of apple juice and simmer 5 minutes
  • In a medium saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, milk and remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons of apple juice until cheese is entirely melted. Pour the cheese mixture over the chichken mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the cooked pasta on a platter and pour the chicken/cheese mixture over the top. Sprinkle with grated parmesan/asagio and serve. Enjoy.

    That sounds really tasty - love the creaminess of the cream cheese with the parmesan or asiago. Printed and I will try it soon...we eat a lot of chicken, so I am always trying new sauces - thanks for sharing yours!
